Alteration and addition to a 40-year old semi-detached house. A new mudroom was added as a transition area for welcoming family and guests.  Creating a statement entrance.

 

A patio was extended and enclosed to create more space for the client's young children to play in a safe environment. The new extension with skylight opens up the house and brings much needed natural light and ventilation in.

Our works included exterior upgrade of carporch, roofing, gate and fencing.
